<br />City of <br /> <br />~-.~ <br /> <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, February 26, 2007 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing reconvened and called to order the Roseville City Council regular <br />meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(Voting and Seating Order for February: Kough; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; Klausing.) <br /> <br />Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing noted that City Manager Malinen would not be present tonight, <br />and that Finance Director Chris Miller would be sitting in for Mr. Malinen. <br /> <br />There were no changes to the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment. <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />a. Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington <br />Mr. Bahnemann referenced a recent Letter to the Editor in the Rose- <br />ville Review regarding the St. Paul Winter Carnival; and expressed his <br />personal concern with excessive damage done to Central Park in <br />Roseville during the medallion hunt. Mr. Bahnemann advised that <br />there were numerous people trespassing on the east side of his prop- <br />erty, as well as on adjacent private property. Mr. Bahnemann opined <br />that, as a taxpayer, he didn't want to pay for other people ruining the <br />City's park property. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing asked Mr. Miller to follow up with staff and report <br />back to the City Council on any damage done in Central Park during <br />the medallion hunt. <br />
