<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, March 19,2007 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(Voting and Seating Order for March: Ihlan; Kough; Roe; Klausing.) <br /> <br />Councilmember Tammy Pust had previously advised she was out of town and <br />would most likely be unable to attend tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda <br />There were no changes to tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn brought forth comments regarding difficulties in the audio <br />quality in cable visioning the City's public meetings; most recently several <br />of the January and February Council meetings; as well as a missing rebroad- <br />cast of the Special City Council meeting of February 12,2007. <br /> <br />Why is there such a big problem broadcasting City Council meetings; why <br />difficulties re-broadcasting meetings; and questioned the qualifications of <br />City employee, Tim Pratt. Mr. Kysylyczyn asked that the City Council <br />make an announcement when the special meetings would be rebroadcast. <br /> <br />City Manager Malinen was directed to research rebroadcast times and pro- <br />vide additional information to the City Council for public infonnation. <br />
