154 A brief discussion was held regarding the process for final service invoices, with termination <br />155 notices provided to those having professional services agreements with the GLWMO Board. <br />156 <br />157 <br />158 <br />159 Motion 12- 0511-04 <br />160 <br />161 Member Huffman moved, and Member Barrett seconded designating that all outstanding and <br />162 final invoices be submitted to the City of Roseville as the GLWMO's fiscal agent, no later <br />163 than July 15, 2012. <br />164 <br />165 Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />166 <br />167 June 21, 2012 Final Meetine Agenda <br />168 Member Huffman questioned the anticipated agenda items for the final sheeting. <br />169 <br />170 Mr. Petersen advised that he was currently organizing and structuring files for the historical data and <br />171 information; and intended to have those documents available, bath in electronic and paper format, along <br />172 with any archived documents and/or studies of the GLWMO to hand over to the R -WMWD by topic. Mr. <br />173 Petersen advised that Mr. Maloney and Mr. Schwartz also had information that they would be turning <br />174 over to the R -WMWD. Mr. Petersen noted that GLWMO Board Member Withhart had found some <br />175 inaccurate information in the Draft Third Generation Plan that Mr. Petersen was correcting; along with <br />176 the adjustments to the plan not previously incorporated into the Plan by FOR from the December of 2011 <br />177 GLWMO Board meeting. Mr. Petersen advised that his goal was to ensure that the R -WMWD had a <br />178 complete representation of activities and efforts of the GLWMO through the years. <br />179 <br />180 Discussion ensued on whether the R -WMWD would incorporate the GLWMO's Third Generation Plan <br />181 data into their larger plan, or if they would do 'an entirely different and updated plan for the entire <br />182 geographic area. <br />183 <br />184 Further discussion ensued regarding whether the GLWMO geographic area would have representation <br />185 with the R -WMWD; with Mr. Petersen encouraging Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Maloney to seek such a caveat <br />186 through the member City Councils, whether through appointment upon vacancies of current Managers or <br />187 through enlarging the R -WMWD Board to 7 members.
