Sanitary Sewer Construction: <br />32 (a) Properties currentiv connected to public sanitary sewer will not be assessed for <br />33 reconstruction or major maintenance projects. <br />34 6 Shall be assessed on a front footage basis with all types of land use and zoning <br />35 being identically assessed. <br />36 (4* c) Any sanitary sewer main in excess of 8 inches in diameter will normally be <br />37 considered oversized.
