<br />13 (a) Properties currentiv connected to public watermain will not be assessed for
<br />14 reconstruction or major maintenance projects.

<br />16 being identically assessed.
<br />17 (b)(c) Any watermains in excess of 8 inches in diameter will normally be considered
<br />18 oversized. The added cost for oversizing watermain shall be subtracted from the

<br />33 4-8 Pathway Construction: There shall be no assessments for off road pathway construction.
<br />34 -7-9. Streetlight Installation:
<br />35 (a) Shall be assessed on a front footage basis and as follows:
<br />36 (b) All properties within 150 feet (street frontage) of each light shall be considered
<br />37 for assessment.
<br />38 (c) City staff shall determine the number and locations of lights that could have been
<br />39 installed under the "standard street light" section of the City's Street light policy.
<br />40 The maintenance cost for these lights will be deducted from the overall project
<br />41 cost.
<br />42 (d) 100% of the additional costs for an "enhanced street light" project shall be
<br />43 specially assessed. The additional costs for an "enhanced street light" project
<br />44 shall include; cost of installation of enhanced streetlights, cost of operation &
