Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: June 26, 2012 <br />Item Description: Communication Items <br />Item No: 4 <br />Projects update - <br />o Josephine Woods— The new streets in the development have been paved and are <br />open to the City's street system. The majority of the sidewalk adjacent to the <br />development has been installed. <br />o Josephine Lift Station — The bid opening was on May 2. The bid was awarded to <br />Minger Construction. Work is anticipated to start after Labor Day and be <br />complete by September 30. <br />o Rice Street Reconstruction Phase 2- Staff continues to meet with Ramsey County <br />regarding this project. Recent discussion focuses on project scope and schedule <br />challenges due to MnDOT's proposed work on 35E from 2013 -2015. <br />o 2012 Pavement Management Project- the first lift of bituminous has been placed <br />in the neighborhood west of Har Mar. Work is scheduled to begin on Lydia in <br />early July. Attached are the latest newsletters for this project.
