Conduct a Public Hearing to Correct Ordinance 1314, which Rezoned <br />1021 and 1017 Larpenteur Avenue as a Component of Rezoning Green- <br />house Village (PF 3548) <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke summarized the ordinance correction, as per the staff report <br />dated March 26, 2007; correcting several errors found on the previous zon- <br />ing done in 2005. <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Malinen distributed a Bench Handout (no copy available) <br />correcting the title page of the draft ordinance for City Council review and <br />consideration. <br /> <br />With no one appearing for or against, Mayor Klausing closed the Public <br />Hearing at 7 :54 p.m. <br /> <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1345 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, Changing the Zoning Map <br />Designation of Certain Real Property referred to as Greenhouse Village, <br />from General Business District (B-3) and Town Home District (R-6) to <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) with an Underlying Zoning of General <br />Residence District (R-3) and Townhouse District (R-6)." <br />
