Continuation of this <br />item follows #11 below. <br /> <br />Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at 9:50 p.m. and reconvened at 9:55 p.m. <br /> <br />11. Receive the November 27, 2006 and December 11,2006 Executive <br />Session Reports from the City Attorney <br />Mayor Klausing requested that City Attorney Anderson provide a summary <br />restatement of Executive Session minutes from November 27,2006 and De- <br />cember 11, 2006; as, due to an oversight, no written record of the Executive <br />Sessions were found. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the restatement summary of <br />Executive Session minutes from November 27, 2006 and December 11, <br />2006, as provided verbally by City Attorney Anderson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed her discomfort in approving a verbal state- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust and Mayor Klausing withdrew their motion. <br /> <br />After further discussion, it was Council consensus, and staff was so directed <br />to include the written summaries at the next regular business meeting for <br />consideration and approval on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />10. Consider Appointments to Advisory Commissions Below is the continua- <br />tion of#10 <br />Additional discussion ensued regarding the appointment process and appli- <br />cations as submitted; and the tallied preferences. Mayor Klausing and <br />Councilmembers thanked those applying and recognized the talented pool of <br />applicants. <br /> <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation (PWET) Commission <br />Applicants for one vacancy on the PWET Commission were: John Ky- <br />sylyczyn; Harry Wemeke; Jan Vanderwall; Douglas Root; Dwayne <br />Stenlund; Glenn Cook; and Paul Johnston. <br />
