The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not applied for a building permit (for <br />interior modifications) by that time, pursuant to 91013.03 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Ihlan, <br />Roe, Pust, and Klausing, <br /> <br />and none voted against. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
