<br />WHEREAS, the Plamling Division has concluded that "hardships" are NOT present and <br />support CANNOT be given to deviate from the strict requirelnents of the Roseville City Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to DENY a 15- <br />foot VARIANCE to 91016.16 (Wetland Setbacks) and thereby prohibit the proposed principal <br />structure encroachment into the required wetland setback: <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Ihlan, <br />Roe, and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Pust <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
