Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the request for the congrega- tion of Our Lady of Lourdes to conduct a raffle on April 27, 2007, at Midland Hills Country Club, located at 2001 Fulham Street. Burn Permit - Approve a Burn Permit for the Prairie at Owasso Heights Town Homes, 2970 High Pointe Curve Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, authorization for the Fire Marshal to is- sue a bum permit to Prairie Restorations, Inc. to bum the wildflowers and grasses located at 2970 High Painte Curve; conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations: a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April 1 through June 30, 2007; b) The bum shall be conducted by acknowledged experts; c) The applicant shall notify the neighbors directly adjacent to the property and the Roseville Fire Department no less than two days prior to the date of the burn; and d) The applicant shall apply for and receive a variance from the De- partment of Natural Resources (DNR) for bum restrictions to be lifted. Burn Permits - Approve Burn Permits for Three Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Sites: 1) Approximately Four Acres on the South Side of Lake McCarrons County Park; 2) One-half Acre Just North of Lake Josephine Swimming Beach; and 3) Approxi- mately Four Acres on the South Side of Little Josephine. Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, authorization for the Fire Marshal to is- sue three bum permits to Ramsey County Parks and Recreation De- partment for bums to be conducted between April 10 and Mary 15, 2007, at the following locations:
