Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of Monday, April 09, 2007 Page 5 1) The natural area around the ponds at Lake McCarrons County Park (approximately four acres on the south end of the park) 2) A one-half acre area of landscape planting north of the swimming beach at Lake Josephine County Park; and 3) An area approximately four acres in size on the south side of Little Josephine; and conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations: a) The bums shall be conducted by acknowledged experts from the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department; and b) The bums cannot be conducted if winds are in excess of ten miles per hour; and c) Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department shall notify the Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of the date and time of the bums; and d) The applicant shall apply for and receive a variance from the De- partment of Natural Resources (DNR) for bum restrictions to be lifted.
