<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Roe, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10487 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />~1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RAMSEY COUNTY AT 515 <br />LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF07-004) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County, is the owner of property at 515 Larpenteur Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br /> <br />SARAH'S OUT LOTS TO ST. PAUL, SUBECT TO EASEMENTS AND SUBJECT TO <br />LARPENTEUR AVENUE AND WAGNER STREET, A TRACT COMPOSED OF LOTS <br />1,2, 7, AND 8 <br />PIN: 13-29-23-33-0001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks permission for a temporary concrete/asphalt <br />recycling operation on property zoned R-l, Single-Family Residence District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed recycling operation is not a permitted use in the R-l District; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS 91012.09A of the City Code states: "The City Council may authorize an <br />Interim Use Permit of property. Interim uses may not be consistent with the land uses designated <br />on the adopted Land Use Plan. They may also fail to meet all of the zoning standards established <br />for the district within which it is located."; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, and voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based <br />on the comments and findings of the staff report dated March 7, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that conditional approval of the <br />requested INTERIM USE PERMIT will/will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties <br />and will/will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br /> <br />1 <br />
