Public Hearing - Public Hearing and Consideration of Modifica- <br /> <br />tions to the Variance Board Appeals Process <br /> <br />Community Development Director John Stark reviewed the staff re- <br /> <br />port dated April 23, 2007 seeking amendment to City Code related to <br /> <br />hearing appeals of Variance Board and/or Administrative rulings as <br /> <br />follows: <br />Amend Chapter 1014.04(C)(2) of the City Code to read: <br />"The written appeai shall state the specific grounds upon which the appeal is <br />made, GRall iRSlwS8 B rEl€t13Bst fer 8 89 88~' 8JdsRSisR fer sffisia[ Git~.
