<br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, May 07, 2007 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Pust seconded, approval of the settlement with <br />Axel's Charhouse as follows; and authorizing the Mayor to sign any <br />settlement documents accordingly: <br /> <br />· Axel's will give up any claim as a result of the shut down prior <br />to their hearing taking place <br />· Axel's will serve suspension time with no alcohol to be served <br />from opening time (6:00 a.m.) through 4:00 p.m., 10 hours, on a <br />Sunday or Monday, a date of their choosing within the next 30 <br />days. This would, in turn, constitute the entirety of any remain- <br />ing liquor license suspension, and Axel's would withdraw their <br />request for an appeal hearing; <br />· City Attorney Anderson would draft a final and complete re- <br />lease to be signed by the licensee and the City. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />c. Status Report - Review Imagine Roseville 2025 Status Report <br />City Manager Malinen provided a staff-drafted matrix and status re- <br />port assigning primary and secondary responsibility of each sub- <br />strategy and goal identified in the Imagine Roseville 2025 community <br />visioning process report. Mr. Malinen noted that, while staff contin- <br />ues to sort and refine assignments by department, additional input <br />from the public, and City Council was being sought. <br /> <br />Mr. Malinen reviewed the time lines, organizational needs, and cost <br />considerations for each of the particular goals. <br /> <br />Councilmember Roe questioned if Advisory Commissions had be- <br />come involved at this point; and spoke in support of doing so, on a <br />two-track approach for getting their input and involvement. <br /> <br />City Manager Malinen advised that, while the Parks and Recreation <br />Department had involved the Parks & Recreation Commission, staff <br />
