Consider Items Removed from Consent <br />a. Check Register - Approve Check Register <br />Councilmember Ihlan had questions on select items pages 1,6, 11 and <br />16 (i.e., Professional Services for Fraud Solutions; Krass Monroe bill- <br />ings and their status related to reimbursement; arbitration services; <br />and the traffic study for Northwestern College). <br /> <br />Finance Director Chris Miller was unable to attend tonight's meeting. <br />However, Police Chief Carol Sletner advised that the billing for Fraud <br />Solutions was for contract labor in assisting the understaffed Police <br />Department on an hourly basis by a retired Roseville Police officer. <br />
