egular Ci ~~ e~t~ <br />onday, ay 21, 2007 <br />Page <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10506 enti- <br />tled, "Resolution Adopting the Revenue Policy for the City of Rose- <br />ville, as amended." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Capital Replacement Policy <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10507 enti- <br />tled, "Resolution Adopting the Capital Replacement Policy for the <br />City of Roseville." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />b. ~rdinanCe -Adopt a_n_ Ordinance Amending the City Code relat- <br />ing to Fertilizer and Pesticide Use (former Consent Item 7.f) <br />Public Comment <br />Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington Avenue <br />Mr. Bahnemann expressed concern that several weeks ago, the City <br />had sprayed around the City Hall campus for dandelions on a very <br />windy day, and that with his health and proximity to the campus, the <br />spraying had not helped his condition. <br />Mr. Bahnemann also expressed his ongoing lack of appreciation for <br />the natural areas (Prairie Grass} around City Hall; and questioned the <br />recent relocation of the City Hall sign; and opined that "it seems <br />there's a lot of waste around here." <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned whether the City would be required <br />to make notice of application of herbicides under the proposed ordi- <br />nance. <br />Randy Neprash, Public Works, Environment, and Transportation <br />Commissioner <br />Mr. Neprash advised that the State's language, incorporated into the <br />proposed ordinance, covered all herbicides. <br />
