<br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, June 11,2007 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing expressed his personal appreciation for their commu- <br />nity involvement, and from a City Council perspective noted that is <br />was through such volunteer efforts and donations that the community <br />was able to retain and maintain it's award-winning park system, and <br />making a better quality of life available to the entire community. <br /> <br />Councilmembers individually expressed their appreciation to the <br />McKesson Corporation. <br /> <br />Ihlan moved, Roe seconded, recognition of the significant contribu- <br />tion of volunteer service during the company's ongoing community- <br />partnership program and recent "Community Days" program and <br />completion of maintenance projects in various parks and park facili- <br />ties; and acceptance of the generous donation of materials to complete <br />the projects, estimated at $4,000, from the firm of McKesson Corpo- <br />ration. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />6.
