schools, secondary schools, and college campuses have been designated as Institutional <br />103 <br />properties in the Comprehensive Plan, Planning Division staff believes this designation is <br />104 <br />primarily related to the fact that such facilities typically include playground equipment, <br />105 <br />ball fields, running tracks, public address systems, intensive bus service, and other <br />106 <br />potential sources of off-site impacts.
