<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by PetSmart (in cooperation with Rosedale Commons LP, property owner) for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, <br />subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. The use of the premises for retail sale of: (i) pets (including but not limited to fish, birds, <br />reptiles, dogs, cats, and other small animals); (ii) food, accessories and other products <br />relating to pet and animals, including equestrian products; and (iii) services related to pets <br />and animals, such as grooming, animal training, and obedience classes, pet adoption and <br />veterinary services, are permitted uses within the subject tenant space. <br /> <br />2. That all uses, principle or accessory, be contained within the tenant space and not be <br />allowed to utilize the exterior grounds of Rosedale Commons. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Pust, <br />Ihlan, Roe and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
