WINDSOCK: A large roughly conical device open at both ends and attached to <br />a stand by a pivot so that the wind blows through it, not including devices used <br />for navigational purposes. <br /> <br />B. Prohibited Signs: The following signs are prohibited in all zoning districts: <br /> <br />1. Any sign not specifically allowed by this Ordinance is strictly prohibited in all <br />zoning districts, including off-site signs, flashing signs, mobile signs, roof signs, <br />rotating signs, painted signs, and billboards.
