Approve Construction Agreement between the University of Minnesota <br /> and the City of Roseville for the Fairview Pathway Project (a/k/a Northeast <br /> Suburban Campus Connector Bike/Pedestrian Project) <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approving the Fairview Pathway Project <br /> (a/k/a Northeast Suburban Campus Connector Bike/Pedestrian Project) Con- <br /> struction Agreement (Attachment A) between the City of Roseville and the <br /> University of Minnesota; and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to ex- <br /> ecute the document. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; McGehee; Willmus; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> With this section of the pathway coming into fruition, Councilmember McGe- <br /> hee reiterated her desire that a safe route be found to cross Snelling Avenue. <br />
