<br />Resolution No. 9483 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />(d) In order to achieve the objectives of the Redevelopment Plan, the City has <br />determined to provide substantial aid and assistance in connection with the <br />Redevelopment Plan through the financing of certain of the public <br />redevelopment costs in the Project Area. <br /> <br />(e) Everest Development, Ltd. (the "Developer"), and the City have prepared a <br />Declaration (the "Declaration") to cause certain provisions of the Development <br />Agreement to be covenants running with the land. <br /> <br />2. Approval. The City hereby approves the Declaration, substantially in the form <br />presented to the Council, to be dated as of its date of execution in 1997, and hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Declaration on behalf of the <br />City, with such additions and modifications as those officers may deem desirable or <br />necessary, as evidenced by their execution thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and Acting Mayor Mastel, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 10th day of November, 1997, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 1st day of December, 1997. <br /> <br />~~nager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
