<br />Resolution No. 9486 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The Fire Relief Board's implementation of the following recommendations as outlined in <br />the Investment Committee's Consultant Report: <br /> <br />1. Implementation of an up-to-date Investment Policy. <br /> <br />2. Consolidate all of the Board's investments into the State Board of Investment. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City will conduct an annual independent evaluation <br />by a qualified professional of the Fire Pension Funds progress; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the fulfillment of the above conditions Numbers <br />1 and 2, the City will amend Section 106.12 of the City Ordinances to reflect the approved <br />Increase. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />State of Minnesota) <br />) SS <br />County of Ramsey) <br /> <br />I, undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached <br />and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th <br />of November, 1997 with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 1st day of December, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
