Identify process and conduct staff and public review ofthe existing previously adopted <br /> Concept Master Plans (Lexington Park and Central Park Lexington) to update plans and <br /> ensure alignment with the adopted System Master Plan. Concept Plans created must <br /> be complete and ready to be developed for final p|ane, specifications and construction <br /> documentation. (Documents attached) <br /> 3. Identify process and conduct staff and public review of the Concept Master Plans within <br /> the System Master Plan (Oasis Park, Roeebrooh Parh, Villa Parh, Southwest Roeevi||e, <br /> Pocahontas Parh, Harriet Alexander Nature Center, Autumn Grove Parh, Sandcastle <br /> Park) to update plans and ensure alignment with the adopted System Master Plan. <br /> Concept Plans created must be complete and ready to be developed for final p|ane, <br /> specifications and construction documentation. <br /> 4. Conduct a brief feasibility study of our Victoria Ballfield Complex to determine if site can <br /> support a "Tournament Ready^ softball complex. Study will include staff input but not <br /> public comment at this level. |f the facility can be accommodated on the site, a full public <br /> process will be required, please identify that process and cost to complete aeaseparate <br /> line item in the proposal. Concept Plans if created must be complete and ready to be <br /> developed for final p|ane, specifications and construction documentation. <br /> 5. Coordinate planning efforts in concert with Park and Recreation Staff and utilize staff <br /> Landscape Architect ae much ae possible to keep cost to the City down. <br /> 8. Work with City staff to identify additional consultant requirernente, assist in creating RFP <br /> Dooumente, review proposals and make recommendations to secure contracts to <br /> complete Construction Documentation as necessary to complete all projects associated <br /> with the 2D12-2D15 Parks and Recreation Renewal Program using the ASU "Best Value <br /> System^ <br /> 7. Work with City staff and consultants to establish acceptable construction standards for <br /> park amenities including courts, fencing, |ighting, playground areae, site furniehinge, <br /> irrigation systems, HVAC Syeteme, bui|dinge, parhing, pavement, storm water <br /> management and all other reasonable elements. <br /> 8. Work with City etaff, consultants and work groups to identify specific projects to beet <br /> utilize approved budget for Natural Resource and Trail project inveetmente. <br /> 9. Continually monitor planning and improvement decisions at all levels for alignment with <br /> the adopted System Master Plan document. <br /> 10. Inventory all projects using tools identified within the adopted Master Plan document. <br /> 11.
