Address lists and labels for mailings to Roseville property owners <br /> The City Parks and Recreation Division will provide primary support for the consultant and the <br /> team. The Parks and Recreation Director and the Park Superintendent will be heavily involved <br /> in the entire process and will collaborate with the consultant at all levels. Other City Staff will be <br /> involved as appropriate, i.e. City Communications will be involved in coordinating public <br /> awareness for the project, recreation program staff will be involved in identifying trends, <br /> obstacles, communicating public meetings, etc. The City of Roseville has several media outlets, <br /> including a web site, cable television and City newsletters among other methods that may be <br /> used to keep the public informed on the process. Because of the publication deadlines, <br /> communications to the public will often need to be planned well in advance. <br /> 2.3 DELIVERABLES <br /> The consultant is expected to deliver electronic copies and 3 hard copies of the following to <br /> the City by the dates to be determined for presentation to the City Council. The consultant <br /> will then incorporate revisions as directed and represent the final draft of the plans to the City <br /> Council. The documents should then be prepared for final submission to the City. Approval <br /> from the City Council will serve as the "go-ahead" to prepare the final deliverables. The final <br /> deliverables shall include: <br /> 1 Final Concept Plans for the following Park areas: <br /> a. Lexington Park <br /> b. Central Park Lexington <br /> c. Oasis Park <br /> d. Rosebrook Park <br /> e. Villa Park <br /> f. Southwest Roseville (Area as defined in adopted Master Plan and <br /> individual park areas within SW Roseville) <br /> g. Pocahontas Park <br /> h. Harriet Alexander Nature Center <br /> i. Autumn Grove Park <br /> j. Sandcastle Park <br /> k. Victoria Ballfields (If feasible) <br /> 2. Documentation of established Construction and Design Standards <br /> 3. Documentation of recommended Natural Resource and Trail Projects <br /> including cost estimates and proposed schedule <br /> 4. Fully update Master Plan Document to reflect park improvements <br /> proposed. <br /> 5. Presentation materials (i.e. Power Point presentation, maps, minutes, <br /> graphics, etc.) used throughout the planning and design process to <br /> become property of the City of Roseville. <br /> Page 13 of 40 <br />
