Administration Department 2014-2017 Strategic Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />The 2014-2017 Strategic Plan for the Administration Department has been developed in <br />accordance with Imagine Roseville 2025 (IR2025), City Council Goals, and the Department’s <br />overall mission and long-term vision. Within this framework, the Department has established <br />goals and priorities that will guide the allocation of resources and operational decisions. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville’s Mission Statement is: <br /> <br />To provide ethical, efficient, and responsive local government, in support of community <br /> aspirations, guided by policies of the City Council, and implemented by professional <br /> staff, to ensure that Roseville remains strong, vibrant, and sustainable for current and <br /> future generations. <br /> <br /> <br />In support of the City’s mission, the Administration Department has developed value statements <br />to guide long term planning efforts for departmental functions and to identify new areas of <br />opportunity. These departmental values are incorporated into the day-to-day activities of the <br />Department and in employee expectations.
