They include: <br /> <br /> <br />Reestablishment of Community Development fund balance through financial cuts. <br /> <br />Adoption of Twin Lakes Regulating Plan implemented innovative zoning techniques for <br />Twin Lakes. <br /> <br />Streamlining of the code enforcement process has led to cases being resolved quicker and <br />more effectively to the satisfaction of neighbors. <br /> <br />From 2008 to date, the Department continued to provide core services to our residents by: <br /> <br />Issuing nearly 6,000 building permits (99 for new housing units) with a valuation <br />o <br />of nearly $249 million. <br /> <br />Had nearly 2800 code enforcement investigation <br />o <br /> <br />Reviewed 346 land use applications <br />o <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />
