Job Postings <br />Job Postings is one of the most <br />popular types of content on local <br />government websites. By posting <br />jobs within the site, you are both <br />attracting possible candidates and <br />averting the flood of telephone <br />inquiries about positions that do not <br />exist. This, of course, keeps your <br />administrative costs down. <br />Our Job Postings component makes <br />posting jobs a snap. Your HR staff fills <br />out a simple form with fields such as <br />position, department, salary, and <br />benefits. Staff can schedule when <br />postings go live on the website and <br />when they expire, thus simplifying the <br />process and reducing your <br />administrative time and costs. <br />To make it easy for users, postings <br />Figure 6: Users can filter for jobs of interest. <br />can include interactive components <br />for filtering available positions by category, type of position, posting date, and salary.
