Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, authorizing the City Attorney to file an objection with the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) regarding the final costs and surcharge amount for the Rice Street overhead electric undergrounding pro- ject. City Manager Malinen, for clarity, confirmed that this motion is to authorize the City Attorney to file an objection, if the potential remains that no resolution is reached before the July 25, 2012 deadline. Councilmember McGehee suggested that the City not negotiate or settle for anything less than what is owed by Xcel Energy. Roll Call Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Willmus: Johnson; and Roe. Nays: None. c. Consider Approving a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. Francis for IT Services Finance Director Chris Miller noted that Action Items 12. C, d and e were all re- lated; and provided a brief review of each request as detailed in the RCA dated July 16, 2012. Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, approval of a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the City of Roseville and the City of Saint Francis (Attachment A) for the City or Roseville extension of MIS Services and Support. Consider Approving a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Anoka for IT Services McGehee moved, Johnson seconded, approval of a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the City of Roseville and the City of Anoka (Attachment A) for the City or Roseville Information Technology Services and Support.
