Chair Roe stated that he came to the conclusion <br /> and was confident that this proposal was a CMU Business use, was confident that Zoning Code <br /> requirements had been met, and that the Twin Lakes Regulating Map and Plan would regulate <br /> any additional parking or environmental concerns and make it fit all of the City's needs and <br /> meet the community's scale, scope and connectivity requirements. Based on that conclusion, <br /> Chair Roe spoke in support of the motion to deny this appeal. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; and Roe. <br /> Nays: Pust and McGehee. <br /> Motion carried—appeal denied. <br /> Willmus moved adjournment of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals and reconvening in <br /> regular City Council session. <br /> Mayor Roe declared the motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> 16.
