Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order: McGehee; Pust; John- <br /> son; Willmus; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe suggested an additional item to tonight's agenda, Item 10.c entitled, "Staff <br /> Presentation on Information Request Related to City E-mails." At the request of Coun- <br /> cilmember Johnson, Mayor Roe confirmed that the topic could be addressed during that <br /> time, as well as earlier in the meeting during "Public Comment" for those not wanting <br /> to stay for the duration of the meeting. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.c entitled, <br /> "Receive IR 2025 Quarterly Update." <br /> McGehee moved,Willmus seconded, the agenda was approved as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Pust; Johnson;Willmus; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> a. Cynthia White, 2829 Churchhill Street <br /> Ms. White addressed City staff's decision to distribute personal e-mail address <br /> of Roseville citizens; and provided her personal comments, recommendations, <br /> and requests related to that issue. <br /> While being more comfortable using technology than some residents may be, <br /> Ms. White stated that she did make the choice of when and with whom to share <br /> her e-mail addresses, and had implemented security measures to protect her per- <br /> sonal e-mail address accordingly. While distributing e-mails may be legal, Ms. <br /> White opined that it was a poor decision to do so; as well as to not alert citizens <br /> to that distribution until after the fact. Ms. White, as a recommendation to the <br /> City for future consideration, asked that at the very least, notice be included on <br /> the City's website that the City could distribute personal e-mail addresses, and <br />
