Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order: Pust; McGehee; <br /> Willmus; Johnson; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. City <br /> Manager Malinen was unable to attend tonight's meeting due to illness; Finance Direc- <br /> tor Chris Miller served in his place for the meeting. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted that staff had requested removal of Agenda Item 12.b entitled, "Re- <br /> quest to Perform an Abatement for Unresolved Violations of City Code at 2486 Marion <br /> Street;”as the violations had been resolved with the property owner. <br /> Mayor Roe noted, at the suggestion of staff and due to the topic and length of tonight's <br /> agenda, that Item 13.a entitled, "Discuss Twin Lakes AUAR," be removed from to- <br /> night's agenda and added to a future agenda. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal for discussion of Consent Item 7.f enti- <br /> tled, "Consider Request by MidAmerica Auctions for Interim Use of Outdoor Storage <br /> of Motor Vehicles at 2755 Long Lake Road." <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Willmus; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority(HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced that he had been privileged to attend and speak at a recent de- <br /> ployment of twenty-five (25) members of the 147th Finance Detachment at Inver Hills <br /> Community College. <br /> Councilmember Johnson, in his role as Roseville City Council liaison to the Northwest <br /> Youth & Family Services (NYFS), and currently serving as Chair of that organization, <br /> announced their annual Taste of Northwest event scheduled for September 27, 2012 <br />
