Committee Meetings: Committee meetings shall be scheduled by the Chairs of those respective committees in consultation with committee members. Article 6, Commission Committees A. Standing Committees: Standing Committees are ongoing committees on behalf of the full Commission. Standing Committee Chairs shall convene and preside over meetings of the committees to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Commission. All committees are open to the participation of any Human Rights Commissioner provided that public notice requirements are followed. This committee will meet at the call of the Chair. The Commission Chair may either chair the Operations Committee or delegate this role to another volunteer member of the Committee. The Committee is composed of the Chair, Vice - Chair, the Chair of any Standing Committee tovf t o C';, or designee of any Standing Committee. Other commissioner may attend Operation Committee meetings as well. b. Outreach & Diversity Committee: The duties of the Outreach Committee shall include but not be limited to liaison with other Human Rights Commissions or similar bodies and other Roseville groups and neighborhoods regarding human rights and diversity issues that may affect Roseville; assess and report to the Commission other models and programs that may assist the Commission in achieving its objectives and goals; assess and monitor changes in the City of Roseville's population with respect to human rights and diversity issues; monitor and track complaints and reports from the Minnesota
