Goal 42: Invest in People to Promote Employee Excellence <br />Recruit, develop and retain the best possible team members for the Public Works Department. <br />We are dedicated to training and retaining a superior workforce motivated by challenging <br />assignments, responsibility, accountability and advancement opportunities in a work atmosphere <br />of reasonable expectation, support and appreciation. Currently day to day priorities and <br />emergencies stretch staff beyond reasonable expectations.
