The police department may post signs at anx entrance to a�ublic �arkin s� <br />from a public street which sha11 designate one-way traffic foz cntrance and exit. <br />The driver of an vehicle enterin ox leavin such lot shall com 1 wzth an <br />si ns so posted. <br />B. Where a publicly-owned parkin l�ot has traffic control signs within the lot <br />indicatin��s such as traff c direction, s�eed, yield, or stop Ehe driver of <br />any vehicle upon such lot shall comply wi�li any such si ns. <br />C. No erson sha11 o erate a motor vehicle at a s ccd eater than is safe and <br />reasonable under the conditions of then existin firaffic and in no event exceed a <br />speed of fiftcen (15) rniles per hour. <br />D. No vehicle shall be �arked or allawed to stand in any area exce�t a desi nated <br />parking space,_and no vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in antiarea of <br />such arkin lot which has beeu desi ated or is used as a lane for movin <br />tx�affic so that such arkin or standin will interfere wi#h the rnovement of <br />traffic. <br />E. No motor vehicle sk�all be parked or allowed to stand in such a lot at a curb <br />which is �ainted yellow. <br />F. Parkin� stalls within a publicly-owncd parkin lg ot may be designated for <br />parkin�specified vehicles onl� <br />SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br />publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this day of <br />20Q7. <br />
