Planned Unit Development and Rezoning -- Consider a Planned <br />Unit Development and Rezon�ng of 3010 Cleveland Avenue for <br />United Properties (PF07-00� <br />Community Development Director John Stark reviewed the request of <br />United Properties to redevelop the p�operty at 3010 Cleveland Avenue <br />N with a 93-unit age-restricted cooperative housing development. Mr. <br />Stark noted that the property was considered to lie within, though at <br />the periphery of, the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area; however, he <br />noted that some public documents omit this particular property from <br />the redevelopment area, and staff and the City Attorney are research- <br />ing its inclusion in the Twin Lakes area. <br />Mr. Stark noted that this area was cu�rently a wooded area with a sin- <br />gle-fam�ly home; and further noted the proposed locaizon of the access <br />road to be constructed by the applicant, to provide access to Langton <br />Lake Park and to internal parking areas for the proposed building. <br />Mr. Stark noted ihat sta�� drew a distincfion between this property and <br />other properties more interior to the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area, <br />
