Conditional Use Permi� — Consider an �nterim Use Permit for <br />Robert DeLeo, 280 Minnesota Avenue (PF07-024) <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd briefly reviewed the request of Mr. <br />DeLeo requesting an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to create temporary <br />living quarters on the p:roperty until occupancy of a new home is per- <br />mitted. Mr. Lloyd noted thaf Mr. DeLeo owned the property at 2$0 <br />Minnesota Avenue, and had razed the former accessory structure and <br />replaced it with a new detached garage, with plans to build a new <br />home in the same general location as the former residence. <br />35 Staff noted previous approval for Mr. Alexander, 920 Parl�er Avenue, <br />36 with staf� �recvnsider�ng support of such t�mporary living quarters <br />37 based on numerous considerations. <br />38 <br />
