Call Ro11 <br />6 Mayor Klausing reconvened and called to order the Roseville City Council <br />7 regular meeting at approximately 6:10 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />8 <br />9 <br />io <br />11 <br />12 <br />(Voting and Seating Order for July: Pusi; Roe; �hlan; Kough and Klausing.} <br />City Attorney City Attorney Scott Anderson was also presen�. <br />13 City Attolney Anderson provided a brief summary, pursuant to Minnesota <br />14 Statute and Open Meeting Law provisions for client/attorney privilege, of a <br />15 Ciosed Executive Session of the City Council held from 5:05 p.m. to 6:05 <br />16 p.m. this evening, at which time the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance <br />17 Trust (LMCIT} City Attorney Paul Reuvers discussed strategy, tactics for <br />1 S pending litigation between the City of Roseville and Twin Lakes developers. <br />19 <br />20 2. Approve Agenda <br />21 Councilmember Roe requested that Item 5 j entitled, "Discuss Housing and <br />22 Redevelopment Authority Appointment Process," be discussed tonight since <br />23 it had been put off sev�ral tim�s due to time constraints. <br />24 <br />25 Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Item S.k entitled, "Discuss fhe <br />26 Letter of Credit — Financ�al Statement Presentation of Twin Lakes LLC Let- <br />27 ter of Credit Proceeds," be removed in light of �he recent adverse court rul- <br />28 ing, and to allow her to revise her proposed motion for the July 23, 2007 <br />29 regular meeting agenda. <br />30 <br />31 By consensus, the Agenda was approved as amended. <br />32 <br />33 3.
