Councilmember Ihlan requested a public update on the Twin Lakes <br />developer litigation, including a public report on City costs to-date for <br />the Eminent Domain pxoceedings and litigation; and advised that she <br />would be bringing forward a motion for Council consideration to re- <br />tain new legal counsel to advise the City on how to proceed wi�h liti-- <br />gation. <br />i.
