The Ad�in�strative Secretary of the Manager's <br />` Office keeps one capy of all registered complaints. Corrective action <br />is normally taken within 3 days of the originai complaint. The complaint- <br />ant is notified once the problem has been solved. However, if the prob�em <br />cannot be resalved by the City, the compla�ntant is notified as soan as <br />possible and given information which may leaa to a solution to the prob7em. <br />4lhen deemed necessary, the Council is informed of particular complaints and <br />the proposed solution for action taken. <br />-35- <br />
