If the da��aye is severe and ti,�idespread, and the tim� spent in hauling �i�� materi a1 i s cri ti cal , he conta�ts tt�e Pub] i c I�larks Di rector for d deci si on �in using the 'leaf-recycling area an Da7e as a temporary stockpile area -for materi al from pri �ate properiy, as wel l as publ i c.
