Amoco experiences encroachment by the property owners. <br />Safety Programs <br />♦ A breakout (pop-off} tank is available to handle excess pipeline pressure <br />or to accept excess product if needed. <br />♦ The tota! termina[ area is inspected visually each day, and tanks are <br />checked every morning. Amoco personnel are on duty at the terminal 22- <br />24 hours a day, seven days a week. After normal working hours, gates <br />are closed and can be openad onEy for tank trucks whose drivers have <br />been issued special access computer cards. <br />♦ The terminal has an internal alarm system for emergericies. <br />♦ The terminal has several 30 pound, hand carried, Purpte K(a powder fire <br />fighter) fire extinguisheTS on hand and a 150 pound and a 350 pound <br />wheeled units. All employees are trained in their use. There is an annual <br />fire training program in pface for alf employees trained to manage major <br />emergencies. Foam is also available at the terminal. SOQ gallons of foam <br />is available for �se by the Roseville Fire Department. <br />♦ Pipelines are patrolled by airplane at ieast every two weeks. <br />♦ The Roseville termina! is subjected io an annuaf Cotporate safety <br />inspection_ <br />♦ Spill management table top drills are conducted frequently. <br />Williams Pipe Line Company <br />The Williams Pipe Line Company (Williams) contracts with petroleum producers to <br />move product via pipelines to the variaus markets in the central part of the United <br />States. When a petroEeum product reaches the Williams terminal, it is stored and <br />eventuaily dispensed into wholesaie distributors' tank trucks for local use.
