Right-of-Way EasementslAgreements <br />Amoco Pipeline Company and Williams Pipe Line Company have right-of-way <br />easements/agreements for their pipelines in Roseville. These easements, which vary <br />in width, were negotiated many years ago when the pipelines were first layed_ <br />Pipefine aperators are requried by DOT regulations to inspect their pipefine routes an a <br />regular basis. A clear right-of-way is necessary to facilitate this inspectian. Amoco and <br />Williams each budget rnonies annually to keep their right-of way clear for inspection <br />and maintenance purposes. <br />Amoco and Williams have right-of-way agreements throughout Roseville with: <br />residents, railroads, commerciai establishments, and the City. <br />Northern States Power Company also has right-of-way easements/agreements with: <br />Roseville residents, railroads, commercial estabiishments and the City for NSP's <br />natura! gas transmission and distribution pipelines as well as for its high voltage <br />electric transmission lines as shown in Figures 9, 10, and 12. <br />3-9 <br />
