On the west sic�e a 46 x <br />35-inch RCP flows into a ditch under another footbridge. <br />Thc p�imary outict is a 36 x 48-i�ch box skimmer thaE drops into a 12-inch CMP that <br />�oes under the trail on the south side. A zi�prap (gabion?} overflow is just to the east of thc <br />skimmer under a foothridge. <br />A sedimentation delta has formed at the large 42-inch inlct. The watcr had a dark green <br />appearance, 25-percent covercd with filamentous algae, and 3Q-percent covered by <br />duckweed. Little emergent or submerged vegetation was observed. A steep, narrow <br />vegetatcd fringe exists between the trail and the edge of the pond. Vegetation includes: <br />rced canary grass, sandbar willow, bur dock, nettie, cottonwood, common and marsh <br />milkweed, Canada thistle, Campion, and bulrush_ <br />Many small fish and insects were observed.
