STEP THREE: SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS <br />�- Ali City Job Application forms will include several Supplemental Questions to which <br />candidates are required to respond. The Sapplemental Questions are designed to elicit <br />additional information about tiie candidate, including personal or professional <br />accomplishments, past work experience, community service or volunteer work, and ather <br />re�evant information to be determined by the Chief of Poiice. <br />2- The Suppleznental Questions are scored, based an a pre-determined rating scale, for every <br />candidate wha scores above the minimum score established by the Civil Service <br />Commission. <br />3. A Preliminary Weighted Average will be computed as foliows: <br />Written Examination <br />Supplemental Questions <br />Physical Qualification Test <br />40% <br />60% <br />pass required to receive Preiim.
