Bill Malinen <br />Call to Order <br />The Human Rights Commission (HRC� meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Chair G� <br />Grefenberg requested staff call the roll. <br />18 Approve Agenda <br />19 Commissioner Groff moved and Commissioner Brisbois seconded- motion to approve the <br />2o agenda as distributed. Motion passed unanimously. <br />21 <br />22 Approve Minutes <br />23 Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Groff seconded motion to approve the May <br />24 16, 2012 special meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 Chair Grefenberg noted he had �nished revisions on the August minutes after the meeting�acket <br />27 had been finalized and mailed, and ���s�-distributed to the Commission �-a � co�ies <br />28 of t#� his recommended ��rrevisions.. <br />29 <br />30 Public Comment <br />31 There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />32 the Chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />33 <br />34 Chair's Report <br />35 Chair Grefenberg acknowledged with regret the resignation of long=time Human Rights <br />36 Commissioner Thelma McKenzie. He noted he received a letter from her �g statin� she was <br />37 moving from �l��e€Roseville. He expressed his erp sonal appreciation for her service to the <br />38 community and requested a resolution of appreciation be drafted for her service to the City. <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />Commissioner poneen moved and Commissioner Groff seconded a motion to approve a <br />Resolution of Appreciation for Thelma McKenzie for her years of service on the Human Rights <br />Commission for the City of Roseville. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Chair Grefenberg noted that two of the youth commissioners were reappointed by the City <br />Council for another year. He ^^m�°�a°�' congratulated Youth Commissioners-Joan Dao and <br />Marie Siliciano for � their reappointments. <br />
