Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: October 23, 2012 Item No: 4 <br />Item Description: Communication Items <br />Projects update- <br />• Josephine Woods— The public improvements are all complete. <br />• Josephine Lift Station — The City's contractor, Minger Construction, has placed <br />the new structures for the lift station. The bypass was made active 10/17/12 and <br />will remain active for about a week. The work will be complete by the end of <br />October. <br />• Fairview Pathway, Phase 2 - Construction has started on the pathway work on <br />Fairview between County Road B -2 and County Road B. The project is expected <br />to be complete by October 26. There will be a celebration for the project on <br />November 1, 2012. Details will be provided at the meeting. <br />• Skillman Drainage improvements - Complete <br />• Waterman lining project - the bids for this project were opened on October 10. <br />Staff is evaluating the bids and products. Work is anticipated to be completed <br />Spring 2013. <br />o Staff is working on the following projects: <br />• County Road D Reconstruction <br />• 2013 Pavement Management Project <br />• County Road B -2 Pathway Construction <br />Maintenance Activity <br />o Leaf Program signup is underway <br />o Winter maintenance preparation is underway <br />Attachments: <br />A.
