Attachment A <br />o 'r I 7k <br />AL �Zlxvose i <br />October 11, 2012 <br />RE: County Road D Reconstruction- between Lexington Avenue and Victoria Street <br />Walk Thru Meeting- Saturday, October 27, 10:00 a.m. <br />Dear Resident: <br />In 2013, the City of Roseville is proposing to reconstruct County Road D. Since County Road D <br />is a city street on the border of Shoreview and Roseville, this will be a joint project between the <br />two cities. We would like to invite you to our third meeting for this project on: <br />Saturday, October 27, 2012, 10:00 a.m. <br />Along County Road D- Rain or Shine <br />City staff will start at Lexington and walk in the direction of Victoria Street, stopping to <br />talk to people as they come out. <br />During the week before, City staff will mark out the proposed location of the sidewalk. Two <br />staff members will be out on County Road D, starting at 10 a.m. We will walk east (towards <br />Victoria Street) wearing yellow safety vests. When you see us in front of your property, please <br />come out. We can walk you through what is being proposed in front of your property. <br />This is our last planning meeting before completing the Feasibility Report. Our final meeting <br />will be Thursday, November 29, 6:00 p.m., location TBD. At that meeting staff will present <br />the findings from the Feasibility Report and estimated assessment rates for the project. <br />We encourage you to attend the planning meetings.
