We have invited <br />Colette Jurek, Community Relations Manager, and Ed Bieging, Manager of Outdoor Lighting for <br />Neel Energy to discuss where technology is today as it relates to street lighting and to discuss <br />their LED pilot project in West St. Paul. Neel owns and maintains the majority of the street <br />lights in Roseville and the city pays them a monthly fee per light. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Received presentation <br />Attachments: <br />A.
